Crohn´s disease can sometimes make changes that are indistinguishable from malignant tumours. This finding was thought to be a caecal carcinoma, but it was not. Histological examination revailed typical changes caused by Crohn´s disease.

Valvula Bauchini affected by Crohn

In these pictures ulcers caused by Crohn´s disease are seen in the Valvula Bauchini region. Ileum terminale was also affected, typically.
