High resolution image: Gastric cancer of the intestinal type in the gastric antrum

Gastric Diffuse Carcinoma
This malignant tumour, adenocarcinoma of the diffuse type, was situated in the antrum.

Gastric Carcinoma
This carcinoma of scirrous type is situated on the greater curvature in the distal part of the corpus. The malignant tumour is marked by black dots.
 
Gastric Carcinoma
These are gastric carcinomas of the intestinal type, the tumor to the right is quite advanced.

Malignant Ulcer
This quite innocent ulcer in the proximal part of the antrum was malignant.

Advanced Gastric Cancer
Gastric cancer is often found in a very advanced stage, when the disease is involving almoust all of the stomach wall, and metastatic tumours are found in the liver. This patient had a cancer involving most of the stomach, and in this picture, necrotic tissue and bleeding tissue are seen.
 
Gastric Cancer of the Intestinal type
Quite large tumors, histologically of the intestinal type, in the angulus region.

Ulcerating Gastric Cancer
A large ulcerating carcinoma consisting much of the gastric wall.
