Duodenal Polyps in Familial Adenomatous Polyposis

Duodenal polyps are frequently seen in patients with Familial Adenomatous Polyposis in their colon. In the picture to the left an adenoma is seen. In the picture to the right a more worrying finding is seen, the large popyp in the middle and upper part of the picture was histologically an adenoma with grave dyspastic changes, "carcinoma in situ".
